Wemtech welcomes Daniel Watson-Jones and Helen Prothero to support its next chapter

We're delighted to welcome two new faces to Wemtech as we continue to grow and develop our services for customers.

Daniel Watson-Jones joins as Chief Revenue Officer, alongside Helen Prothero, who takes on the role of Marketing Director. Both appointments follow our recent investment from Peach PE and mark an exciting next step for the business.

Bringing experience and fresh ideas to Wemtech

Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, having held senior commercial roles at OCSL, CANCOM and Telefónica Tech. Throughout his career, he's helped businesses of all sizes tackle technology challenges, built strong customer relationships and led successful commercial teams. Daniel said:

"Wemtech already has what many IT providers spend years trying to build: a talented team of engineers that customers trust and a reputation for being easy to deal with. I'm excited about bringing that expertise to more organisations and supporting growth across the wider group, while keeping what makes Wemtech different: personal relationships, quick decisions and a genuine commitment to customers."

Strengthening our marketing

We're also pleased to welcome Helen Prothero as Marketing Director. Helen brings experience of working with global organisations and growing businesses, with a particular focus on customer experience, brand development and marketing strategy. She'll be working closely with Daniel and the wider team to develop Wemtech's brand, strengthen our market presence and help communicate what makes Wemtech different.

Since Wemtech was founded in 2013, we've built our reputation on technical expertise, responsive support and strong customer relationships.

From everyday IT support and cybersecurity to cloud solutions, communications and emerging technologies, our focus has always been on helping customers get more from their IT. As we grow, we want to build on those foundations, maintaining the personal service and flexibility our customers value while continuing to develop the expertise and solutions we can offer.
